Internet speed is not same in same plan.

Solution for this:

There could be several reasons behind this. There could be a virus that is eating into your bandwidth. There could also be some software that is running in the background and utilizing the bandwidth without your knowledge. Also, there could be some software, antivirus or Windows itself automatically updating in the background. Secondly, you should also check what speeds you has subscribed to and if your friend has mistakenly told you his speed of 300 KB/s. If you both have subscribed to a speed of 300 Kb/s, then your download of 60 KB/s is perfectly fine. If he is reporting 300 KB/s, then he has subscribed to a 3 Mb/s connection and his speed will be 300 KB/s, which is correct. Check if his speed is 300 Kb/s or300 KB/s (both are different). Note that the speed of bits and bytes are written in small ‘b’ and capital ‘B’ respectively. If you still find that there is some problem, you should report this to BSNL and ask for support.

There is a difference between capital ‘B’ and lower case ‘b’ when reading Internet connection speeds.

How the temporary files are created and How can we delete these Files and makes pc faster

Every operating system and program that is installed on a computer creates temporary files for its working. These files are usually automatically deleted by the program, but often these files are still present on the system, causing a huge clutter of unwanted files. Finally, these files cause a hard drive to get heavily fragmented, which in turn slows down the computer. It is difficult for a user to find and deletes these files as they are never in one single location. They are usually scattered in temp and cache folders of each program. You can make use of disk cleaning software such as Windows Washer, CCleaner or Disk Scrub, which can help find and safely delete these files for you. You should use one of these utilities regularly (at least once a week) if you are using your computer every day. Once you clean out the temporary files, you should also run the disk defragmenting utility to defragment your hard drive and increase the performance of the system.

Cleaning the system by deleting junk, cache, and cookies can increase the overall performance.

When PC started message comes “OC settings fail, Press F1 to continue"

You might have changed some settings relating to voltage or frequency of either the memory or processor in the motherboard’s BIOS. The values that are presently set might not be compatible with your processor or memory, and hence the BIOS report that it is unstable. OC means over clock, where the values of the processor or RAM voltage or frequencies are tweaked higher than its actual operating ratings to run faster than usual. Over clocking is done to gain higher speeds from a slower computer, but if not done properly, it can damage your hardware components in the long run. I would suggest that you reset your BIOS to the default settings by entering the BIOS of your motherboard immediately after powering on your PC. Once this is done, you should not get any errors.

If the PC can’t run on the specified over clocking settings, it will show an OC error or won’t start up.
