You cannot use your Sony DSC-W350 as a webcam, but you can use your mobile phone as a webcam using a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or USB connection. You will need to install software on both, the computer and the phone, in order to do so.
You can try using the Mobiola WebCamera application, which is compatible with BlackBerry phones, Windows mobile phones and Symbian (Nokia) phones. You can use the webcam for Skype, Yahoo, Windows Messenger, AIM, ICQ and a few more chat applications. Download it from www.mobiola.com.
